Future Health Index

Philips, a leading health technology company committed to improving global health and well-being, annually commissions the Future Health Index, a comprehensive global report offering insights into the future of healthcare. Our task was to create 14 reports (in English and four additional languages) using PowerPoint to ensure accessibility for global stakeholders. All designs adhered to Philips’ brand guidelines and pre-approved concepts, maintaining consistency and professionalism.

The process began with designing the initial Global report in InDesign to secure approval for the master report’s structure and aesthetics. From this, a PowerPoint template featuring multiple layouts was developed and shared with copywriting teams to guide content creation, particularly in terms of copy length and the visuals best suited to support the research.
Once the finalized copy was submitted, I formatted the content into the most appropriate layouts while simultaneously designing key visuals for each page. During the review process, I conducted image searches to suggest culturally appropriate and impactful visuals, which were incorporated once the design feedback was received. After implementing final revisions, each report was prepared for client approval.
Upon approval, each report was accompanied by a summary infographic and a set of web assets tailored for the respective country’s webpage. Throughout the project, special attention was given to ensuring that all design elements respected diverse cultural norms, including imagery, colors, and symbols. Engagement with local teams was essential to align the designs with regional expectations and sensitivities.

• 14 English reports
• 4 localized language reports
• 14 summary infographics
• 42 web assets
