I instantly saw her extended ability to take a brief, get stuff done and work at speed. She is a lovely designer and has the ability to get on with all the key (stressed!) stakeholders along the way. She’s not afraid to learn the latest techniques and push herself artistically. Her commitment to and knowledge of accessibility in design is probably the top in the country – if you have a commitment to DEI then you need her working on your design output. Equally if you want a PowerPoint pitch deck done yesterday she’s your girl!
